We sell and ship Products within Australia and overseas.

Placing Your Order

You may place an order by completing the checkout process on the online store Web Site.

When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number. We will do this by email.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.

We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an order confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your payment has been processed. The online store and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.

Payment Methods And Processing

The online store currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express only and PayPal.

Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.

For credit card payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.

Please Note:

  • We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
  • You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.


Our online store purchases include GST.


All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST.

Our online store reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at and at any time.

Credit Card Fraud

Whilst our online store employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software with up to 256-bit encryption for its transactions with our customers, our online store will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.

Our Liability

We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.

Your Data - Use And Protection

By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your order form for the purposes of processing your order. If you authorize us to send you newsletters and other marketing information by ticking the appropriate box of your order form or account settings, you also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other products that may be of interest to you. If you do not agree to our using such data in order to provide you with information on other products, you should indicate your non-agreement on the appropriate section of your order form. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your order confirmation.

Shipping Insurance

All goods are insured during transit.

No deliveries are available on weekends and public holidays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We will do our best to deliver it on time and if the delivery requires a VIP courier it will be at the customer's expense.
In the event that the online store is unable to deliver, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and attempt to re-deliver on the following business day.


NO cancellations will be permitted once payment has been processed as the order has been arranged and we are in the process of manufacturing, assembling and or delivering it. The goods will be delivered according to the order and delivery details.

No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

If your product arrives damaged or you find it defective after delivery and a valid claim is received by customer service, Tank Management Services Pty Ltd will exchange the product where possible, or refund you the purchase price of the product. Should you contact us outside the 14 day period Tank Management Services Pty Ltd, customer service management will consider each claim on a case by case basis.

If a claim is made outside of the 14 day window, you may be required to return the product to us at your expense, within 5 working days from when the arrangement is made. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories and documentation that was shipped with the product.

Organising the Return of Products

When a replacement product is arranged:

  • A replacement for the same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned product.
  • The delivery time for the replacement product will be the same as stated for the original product.

When a refund is arranged:

  • Refunds include all shipping and associated costs for the product being returned.
  • No refund will be given to you until the online store has received the product from you.
  • Refunds will be issued or a credit applied to 'Your Account' with the online store. Where a credit is organised for 'Your Account' you have the option of cashing-out 'Your Account' at any time.
